Very bad customer service rep

On march 1st of 2012 I called into Directv to see why I only recieved one recovery box for my equipment. I have three recievers. When I spoke to the first rep, she avoidid my question. So I asked the same question agian, and she avoided it. So I asked to speak with her supervisor. At first she didn't want to transfer me because she felt she answered my simple question. I feal that is extreamly unproffessional. When I finally got to speak to a supervisor, the conversation started out good. He was listening to what I was saying. Then when I asked him why did I only get one recovery box when I have three recivers, he said that it was because that is how it works. Then when I asked what do you mean thats how it works? He began just repeating it over and over. Feal as though he thought that I was stupid and he would just be able to get me off the phone that way. After that he refered to my last name as the customer on another account and not my accout. That is very disrespectful!!! When I asked to be transford to someone else that knows how to be respectful to a customer, he refused repeatedly. So I am very unhappy with the customer service your company has. I will be contacting the BBB and informing them on the way I was insulted and disrespected. I also have the reps name and employee number. {Name: Jerry, Employee number: 100260693} What is so hard about this question: Why did I only recieve one recovery box when I have three recivers??
