I could not conceivably be more disappointed being trapped by the agreement that I signed with this company. Every aspect of cable service has been horrible. The deathpact began in Sept of '10, and was renewed when we upgraded to HD. After a tsunami of hidden fees and service fees (such as renting the HD box), holes punched in our house and interior walls and a gigantic dish on top, we were told at the last possible moment that the act of upgrading renews the 2 year contract. The channel availability is horrible. For example, the Phillies are playing on ESPN right now, and ESPN is blacked out. Straight up ESPN. I live 45 minutes from the liberty bell; I can get CSN Miami and Boston but not Philadelphia.in average storms, not bad storms, average ones, the dish fails. When the wind picks up and the rain falls expect delays and intermittent displays. Customer service is difficult to swallow, possibly because they deal with so many complaints. They are terse, rude, and sound bothered by any assistance. The woman once told me "well, you clearly haven't read the terms and agreements." That is typical of how they handle disgruntled customers. I am literally counting the days until I never pay them another dime. Until then I will continue to educate others as to why they should choose another company.
