I'm the supervisor of the small company. Oneday i obtained a phone providing me toner and/or printer to get a models, after originally stating number and I had been completely filled up... Ultimately they provided ME-1 toner container in the cost it'd maintain a-4-group ($85 in the place of $130)... Lastly i decided to it since I have did not desire to be about the telephone anymore and could ultimately employ it.
7 days later they contact me wondering after I need my additional 3 tubes?!?!?! I told them i I'dnot actually had an opportunity to attempt the one they delivered and just purchased one! They claimed it is a 4 bunch and also you need to get all 4... The initial salesperson managed to get clear when used to do not need to-order over 1 I had been not required to! They ultimately backed down...
7 days next they named again, same tale!!! We fundamentally aggreed that I'd get 1 more toner container (which means this might today create a whole of 2 i requested after I was informed i just had a need to get 1) which will be the end-of it...
Today (4 weeks later) I acquired AN EXTREMELY unpleasant phone from their store stating I have to purchase 2 more toner cartridges whether I'd like them or not!!! I told them definitely not and finally hung-up in it once the woman swore at ME! The "boss" named me back five minutes later stating they consider dangling up like a indication of me not prepared to spend plus they might go to courtroom... TRULY? Go to courtroom after I havnot compensated for 2 products i havnot obtained OR requested for??? Then he stated they're delivering them-and i better spend and hung-up...
I WOULD of regarded purchasing from their store following the first capsule before this SUPER questionable company! Should you ever obtain a phone from these folks HANG UP THE PHONE!!!
