I took a car from the upper west side to NYU hospital on Dec 18 — the driver was rude, on the phone, and drove in a very unsafe way. I have called customer service - but no one has responded. I am afraid that this man will cause a terrible accident. Your company owes the public to make sure your drivers are good and safe.
