Incorrect Billing practices - Billing Dept is very inadequate

Took over an account from my ex girlfriend in the middle of March. I told them that I didn't want hbo and showtime just the starz package. They said no problem but you can have 3 months free showtime and at the end of three months call and have it turned off or don't call and keep it. At the end of the month I was charged for the showtime. I called and explained the situtation they said it would be turned off. Yea with a $10 charge. Since then my service has been turned off every month for nonpayment saying I had another account blah! Blah! Blah! Turned me over to collections and just turned service off and charged me for that and want me to return the equipment and pay $470. These people are thieves and need a big kick in the seat and be sued.
