DIRECT TV SUCKS if you are thinking of switching don't!!! It's SCAM... They charge you everything make you sign a contract and it never even worked. No "On Demand" spend a week from hell trying to get this set up right. Worst customer service ever!!! Don't believe anything they say... They will lie, hang up on you and charge you for anything and everything... Asked for a manager many times and never spoke one... They hung up in me instead!!!
