I received what I thought was a great deal for DirecTV from our company perks program. From day one it has been horrible. They tell you that there are no equipment or installation fees, then you get your first bill for $60 (the agreed rate was $19.99/month). They do not tell you that does not go into effect until you "fill out the rebate paperwork". Then I thought the deal was for 12 months - it was; at least the price was. BUT, after that 12 months they will almost triple the cost and hold you to an 18 month contract (I use that term loosely, because you never see a contract).
