I have been in touch with this company for over 6 weeks now concerning a complete order returned in its entirety. (6 prs. Of shoes that were absolutely poor quality shoes) I have not received my money back, credited to my Visa, and I am absolutely frustrated. I am told the same story week after week. Enough is enough! Your policy specifically states, "Please allow 2-4 weeks for refund or exchange."
