I reserved a car for my trip to the airport. Upon arrival, the driver did not get out the car to open the door nor did he help me with my bags. As we were headed to the airport, he said that I had to pay the toll. Now the toll should have been charged to my card when I reserved the car not sprung on the passenger at the last minute. This is so inconvenient. I gave him $10.50 for the $5.50 toll.instead of him giving me the change back, he decided to keep it. Now as we approach, the airport I said where is my change from the toll. The driver replied that the other 5.00 is for tip. Now this is tacky and unprofessional. Never assume the customer is going to give you a tip, the driver should wait until the passenger makes the decision. The passenger should not be obligated to tip especially if the service sucks. This really turned me off with this service. It sucked from beginning to end. I will never use this again.
