We contracted Econo Livery service for transportation to Newark Airport in February. The following events are true:

-Driver arrived 15 minutes late

-Hatch back on SUV would NOT EVEN OPEN so no place to put our luggage until I suggested maybe the bags might fit on passenger front seat! Bags were stuffed into front seat and top one would at times want to slide over to hit driver and we would hold them back!

-Driver ASKED US FOR Directions on how to get to airport and we directed him to Garden State Parkway South; he almost turned north. We have been in New Jersey 5 times and we were giving a "professional driver" from Econo Livery directions??!!

-Driver had no EZPass and asked us for 35 cents to pay toll. He stopped car at an angle thus blocking both lanes so denying access to toll booths so cars behind us were honking as I searched for change at the bottom of my bag.

- Annoying GPS system kept telling him to turn left or right about every 4 minutes for the entire trip and the directions were meaningless and irrelevant to our travel.

- To his credit driver did have good driving skills in midst of morning rush hour

- At airport driver asked for favor, his shoulder hurt and he wanted us to get our luggage out of car which we did! We just wanted to go home!

- Driver charged more than the contracted fee which we foolishly paid as we just wanted to make our flight.

We have used other Limo/Car services in New Jersey over the years and they were professional and had a place to at least put our luggage. NEVER ever would I recommend Econo Livery.
