I spent many months waiting for the repairs to be finished. I took off work for the repairs to happen. Channels were being deleted everytime the adjusted it. Then they said there was nothing left to do. I never skipped a payment though. Directv just stopped showing up.
So I called and the rep said its not working, we understand that you would want to cancel. She gave no other options and the service was deleting my channels. The repair guy did say there was nothing more they could do.
So now I have been fighting directv for a fee of 444.00. They want to send me to collections. This company is a rip off!!! I sent a complaint to attorney general of IA. I cant pay this, why does directv rip off so many and they get away. Can anything more be done?
