We were having trouble with the spa turning itself off and not getting hot enough. Called Leslie's store number 390. Their representative (Efren) came out and told us that we needed several parts. I have the numbers if you care. He said they had to order the parts, gave me a price for parts and labor and asked me to sign the work order/invoice which I did. He left an came back almost instantly and said his boss told him to test the water for Calcium. He took a test sample with him. Told me he would call me back when the parts came in so we could fix the spa. This was on June 25. On July 1 I called and asked about our service. The operator could not find my invoice or order. She promised to call me back within twenty four hours. Never heard a word from anyone. Called again on the 8th. Nice young man could not find the invoice or order form but told me he would call me back that day. It never happened. Called in again on the 11th and talked to Lisa at store 390. She said she would call me back in 20 minutes. She did call back and told me that she was waiting for a response from someone else in the office. She promised to call me back as soon as she could talk to this person. It never happened. You apparently have so much business that you don't need any new business. If you should happen to show up and fix my spa I promise that the check will be in the mail. Worst company I have ever tried to do business with.
