Agency Ignores Refund Owed for 10 Days of Auto Insurance

I found a more efficient company to handle my auto insurance. Once I had purchased auto insurance with 21st Century, I cancelled the existing insurance with Allstate. Allstate must refund 10 days of auto insurance to me, but when I call the office in Coral Springs, Joy Fedelin, they choose to act dumb when I ask for my refund. This company is a huge ripoff. Beware, consumers, they are money grabbers!!
