Auto Policy Cancelled Over Unfilled Questionnaire, No Notice

I live in New Jersey and have just been cancelled by Allstate Insurance Co. for not filling out a questionnaire they claimed I received in September. I only realized I had been cancelled when I went on the website to make a payment. I was never notified. I have been an Allstate customer for 10 years. Now I have not had insurance for two days and did not even know, and I will be penalized by other insurance companies. Thanks, Allstate!!
