Roadside Help Took 1 Hour 45 Minutes in an Emergency

I got my service after 1 hour and 45 minutes. First, they could not find my membership without the number, which is locked in my car. It took one hour and talking to 3 reps to figure it out. Then it took help 45 minutes to come. What a lousy service, and I am in an emergency. I will shift back to AAA for sure.
