Insurer Blames My Speed After Driver Ignored a Traffic Light

I have a claim against Allstate Insurance. The man who has Allstate insurance hit my car while ignoring a traffic light.

Now Allstate is saying that I should bear some responsibility because I should have reduced my speed. I did my best to reduce my speed to avoid the accident. According to the law, there is no reason to reduce my speed if the traffic light is green.

Allstate is saying that they are a big company and can ignore a personal claim. They said I can take this matter to court, but it will take at least a couple of years to get it done.

I don't know what to do now. Please let me know if you have any idea how to fight Allstate.
