My car was hit by a person who has Allstate. I had to file a claim through them because the other person would not do it and they could not get in contact with the person who hit my car. Allstate told me that they could not issue me a rental car before speaking with him, and if they never get in contact with him, I will have to wait 30 to 45 days to get an adjuster to give me a car. Are you serious? Come on, I had to go to work. I could not wait 30 days or more. This company is awful.
