I joined Allstate Motor Club for emergency roadside assistance. I have 3 cars (2 teenagers). Since 2007 I have used it 5 times to have cars towed, and now I am up for renewal and they are telling me they will not renew because I have used it too many times!
The reason I chose them was because they do not have maximums (unlike AAA). I feel like they should be reported.
I guess as long as you pay your monthly dues and don't use their services, or only use them once per year, they will keep you as a customer. If not, you get the boot.
