Allstate started raising my rates with the promise that they would go down, but they never did. The website would quote me one rate with exactly the same information I gave them, and they would quote me twice as much when I called, with empty excuses. They said it was my credit, or anything to make me believe I was the problem. The thing is, my credit is good, as I just got a bank loan for a new car. I believe that with Patricia Hook, it was personal.
