These people are complete crooks. Over 2 years ago my husband contracted with them for roadside assistance coverage in affiliation with our auto insurance. When we changed insurance carriers over a year ago, we called Allstate Motor Club and tried to cancel.
So the nightmare began! We have now called them 5 times, and we still saw charges hitting our account. We even went so far as to cancel the debit card that was used when the account was opened to try to stop these charges. Somehow they got information that has them charging us again for services we do not want and have continuously tried to cancel.
I have filed with my bank 5 times now and had the charges reversed. Today I see yet another charge to our account. These people just do not get it. Stay as far away from Allstate Motor Club as you can.
