Contract and First Payment Returned to Dealer Without Notice, Losing Deposit

After I have made my first payment to West Lake Financial Services for a Lincoln LS that I purchase from Executive Motors in Miami, West Lake Financial Services decided, to return the contract plus my first payment back to the car dealer (executive motors) without notifying me, which cause me to loose my deposit plus my first payment of the car.
