Gas Card I Never Opened Hurts My Credit and Loans

I was also a victim of this. I have never had a Citibank card or a gas card, and now all of a sudden I have one. This has prevented me from getting loans as well.

Is there anything to do besides dispute it with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion? This is very aggravating.
