It started with Fairbanks not crediting our account for six months of mortgage payments. Litton Loan bought it from Fairbanks and Fairbanks did not tell Litton that our payments were made. They kept the money. We started out not knowing we were behind until Litton started foreclosing on us. We had to file bankruptcy and that still did not stop them. We have a repayment plan and now they say we are another six months behind and they want our house. Fairbanks and Litton Loan are in this together to steal people's houses. They don't even send out monthly statements.
