I have until 1-09-03 to send in $4,683.48. I have been making my payments of $308.00, and they have been taking my money and applying it to escrow because of no insurance on my home, and now they expect me to come up with all this money at once within a period of 2 weeks. I obtained my own insurance, and then they applied the money they paid toward my insurance to my loan and expected me to come up with the above amount or else.
I was just notified about this 2 weeks ago today, and now I have to have all this money at one time. Please help. This company is a ripoff. They waited instead of telling me, and now they expect to receive all this money at one time. It may sound a little confusing, but I can further elaborate if needed, in writing or over the phone. All I know is I am about to lose my home in a matter of days because of something I was informed about two weeks ago.
