The dealership told the bank the vehicle had less mileage, and also told the bank that the vehicle had equipment on it that it did not. This vehicle should not have been financed. I was told by Drive and the dealer "too bad, so sad" for us. This was odometer fraud, equipment fraud and contract fraud. Do you know how much money these two companies are making off these deals? A lot. This can't be their first time. Drive Financial is making tons of money on car loans they know should not be financed, and the dealer is helping them do it.
