I am so disappointed with what BB&T has done to me. This is the second time they have charged me ridiculous fees. The first one was an unused debit card fee. Apparently, if you don't use your debit card, you will be charged! So I ended up just canceling the debit card. This time they charged me a "Return statement fee." I had moved and forgot to change my address, and they did not notify me by email or send a message to my online account.
Anyway, I just feel that they try really, really hard to dig money out of customers. Though they earned some money, they definitely lost my trust. I swear I will never bank with them!
