Well, after being ripped off many times by Fairbanks, they have finally won... We tried Chapter 13 and thought it was going to go well until here we go again with this company and their bogus charges. We never agreed to them and decided enough is enough. We had insurance and were charged for not having it and were given theirs. Then that wasn't enough: we were in a bad bind and fell behind, and paid over 5,000 for 4 months of late charges plus lawyer fees, etc., whatever they could make up. Then, towards the end, they wanted 11,000 from us on the Chapter 13. We finally gave up. My warning is, if you are with this company, run and run fast to get away from them. I don't care how many times they change names, they still continue to rip off people of their money and cause them to lose their homes. 3 years of being ripped off is enough for us.
