This is a follow-up to my complaint published on Dec. 22, 2012. On Dec. 23 I was contacted by a Budsgunshop.com official by phone, and after a handful of email exchanges with their V.P., I now firmly believe this was a "stock issue." Given Budsgunshop.com's genuinely appropriate response to my problem and their commitment to make my purchase right, I now feel my earlier post was mistaken.
In light of how my issue was handled, I'll remain a Budsgunshop.com customer and don't believe any further action needs to be taken.
