Credit report damaged for over a year, seeking damages

I am sick and tired of this company... They keep your credit messed up for over a year and sent me a letter stating it could be another 3-4 months before they have it deleted from our credit report... I want retribution and damages... Anyone have any ideas? Class action suit, anyone? Let us know. Nick and Jan
