Letter Claimed 150,000.00 Drawing Win, Caller Promised Check

I received a letter postdated 6/07 on 07/21. The letter stated that I had won 150,000.00 in a drawing. I contacted Mr. Fred Lucas at telephone number #01144-758-761-5387.

A man answered, speaking English with a foreign accent. He asked for the serial number on the letter, and he wanted to verify my name and address. He informed me that I would receive a letter and a check within seven days. He told me to call him back at the number above when I received the check...
