They charged my Visa for a month's premium after they were asked, in writing, to cancel the policy on May 25. When I called (770) 552-7101 (Jennifer), I was told that there was no record of my cancellation request or that I was an insured person! If I am not insured by them, then why is my credit card being charged? Attempts to get a response resulted in several hours of runaround and no resolution!
Please help me stop charges on my Visa! I am a retiree and I cannot afford this scam. Thank you.
