I purchased a lot of music (songs) from Musicmatch. They were later purchased by Yahoo. Yahoo does not have a complaint portal for such things without signing up for other services (which I do not want).
I can no longer listen to this music! The DRM queries a Yahoo server looking to authorize the music, but the server is not accessible. Consequently, I cannot listen to the music I have already purchased. I want to be able to listen to my purchases or receive a refund for the items purchased. I feel defrauded. I would think that when a company is purchased, they also purchase their obligations.
