I wanted to listen to the Christmas cd's so I could pick one to purchase. The sound on the music display wasn't working. I determined the batteries had been removed. I told the cashier and she mentioned that they had told the store staff but it still wasn't working. I purchased a cd, but I not sure that I would have purchased the one that I bought, since I could listen to any of them.
