About 45 days ago, through "https://creditcards.Citi.com/", I applied for a Citi Bank MasterCard Dividend Cash Back account through an online promotional offer of $150 cash back if you have a purchase of $750 within the first 3 months from the date that the account has been opened. I followed their instructions exactly by clicking on their promotion page and opened the account. They are still offering a similar promotion on their website.
When I got my first statement after spending over $1000 within the first 3 months, I noticed that they are not honoring their promotion. They do not give a reasonable response and try to bring unprofessional excuses. You can try it yourself... They are really scamming people this way!
