I took my dog to get groomed. The first complaint was that it took 5 hours to complete, and when I picked him up he was nearly shaven (he is a Yorkie, by the way).
Once I got home, I realized that from his chest to his genitals was bright red from being cut too close, and his testicles had a cut on them and were bleeding.
Very poor service. I will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone I ever meet.
