I advise against signing up with DirecTV. It ties you to a two-year contract, and if you try to leave early, they charge you $20 a month. They also misled me about a bundle discount, which was supposed to apply because I have Verizon phone service. I got that discount for a single month, and then they said I had never been eligible for it and removed it.
