Fast, good customer service but doubts about Microsoft merger

View Yahoo full profile & all complaints

Whenever I have a problem with Yahoo!, the customer service they have is good and fast in getting it resolved. I am not sure I want them to merge with Microsoft, as I just do not see the customer service keeping up as part of the behemoth. I know sometimes Yahoo! and other big portals can get slammed, but really they do a good job.
