Weeks of waiting for replacement container

I have never experienced such poor service. Over 3 weeks to get items paid for.
After 2 picks the garbage guy dumped my container into truck. It has been 6 weeks now I am trying to get a new container. I keep being told someone will call me. No one does.
Still no container. Ridiculous!!!
