Refinanced education loan shows duplicated on my credit report

This was a Citibank education loan which was refinanced and now shows up duplicated on my credit report, hindering my ability to rent an apartment. This account had been closed. My 2 previous credit reports in December and September did not show this.

I need this taken off my credit report ASAP.
