Plush polar bear never arrived though points were deducted

On mycokerewards.com, I ordered a coca-cola 5" plush polar bear for my grandson.

600 points was deducted from my account and I received an e-mail on November 23 from my coke rewards - ship notification that my polar bear had been shipped and should arrive in 7-10 business days.

As of today (12/29), I have not received the gift I ordered for my grandson.
