Petco Pals rewards, maybe not. I have tried in vain three times to get my receipts counted toward whatever it is they are rewarding. Their website has a nice link to record a receipt and request credit. The problem is, it does not work. How convenient! You get a nice little message that says: "We're sorry, we ran into an unexpected problem processing your request, please try again later." I have tried 3 different browsers, and it still does not work.
I think something is amiss here, and I do not have the time to beg for my so-called rewards with a website that obviously has problems. From what others are saying here, it does not mean anything anyway.
