Poor Customer Service and Penalty Fees for Small Business

I have been with SunTrust for five years. All I have gotten from them is a customer service attitude and penalty fees. They look at me as a small business and ask what I have in my account. I advise every businessperson to stay far away from SunTrust. Go to Bank of America or another bank. SunTrust really has bad service. Their customer service is so bad, really bad.
