Charged $90.30 for Movie Club Commitment Without Receiving DVDs

I signed up for the disney movie club for my son and I never received the items now they are charging me 90.30 for the commitment when I never even received any of the dvds and they didn't have a number I can call them at.

I just don't see paying for something I never received and I won't!
