My wife has been waiting for two weeks and after three phone calls to Netflix,
they sent two copies of War & Remembrance Vol. 5 & 6 - She was waiting for Vol 4 - They keep sending us discs to appease us, but they can not send vol 4. I guess the problem is that they are listed as Roman Numerals and the person pulling the order is too stupid to know what IV means.
I spoke with a supervisor who offered more free movies when I wanted an adjustment. Netflix knows nothing about proper customer service. The Supervisor said that I could talk to one of his peers (no one above him)
and I would get the same schpeel.
