Citi Bank Group - RegCure PC Optimizer
Charged $39.90 instead of advertised $9.95 for RegCure software

I purchased a software product called "RegCure PC Optimizer" online, advertised for $9.95. I paid for the product using PayPal (I have records of this listed below) and then learned that my bank account was drafted $39.90. Not only was I overcharged, but the product also did not work as advertised. I suspect that I was overcharged for a generic form of this product rather than an authentic version.
