I told a customer service representative that my husband and I want to set up an online account so we can access the call log. We want the monthly list of calls and when they were made. He said that we had to subscribe to the AT&T Internet service provider in order to get a registration code. He transferred my call to another department. I spoke with another representative and requested a printed copy of all calls on our account for each month. She made me wait on hold for several minutes, and I finally had to hang up the telephone and go to work at Meijer.
We pay less than $10.00 per month to People PC for Internet access service. AT&T rates are between 35 and 40 dollars a month, which is much more expensive than People PC.
