I was asked to load Yahoo IM so I could write to my daughter in another state. After an unsuccessful attempt, I gave up. I was never told a price (to which I would have refused), never gave any card numbers, and never contacted them about anything.
Four days later, I was charged $50.00 on my account! When I contacted them, the first thing the representative asked for was the card number! I refused to give that information and hung up. How can they take money without the number?
