I used a promotional offer from Direct4u when I ordered, which I received in the mail. The offer was for either a DVD player or a Target credit card. When a man named Jay installed the service, he gave me a form to fill out and send in with my first bill. He did not make it clear where I was supposed to mail the form, so I mailed it in with my first payment to DIRECTTV.
I received the form back from your company with the address I was supposed to send it to, and I remailed it to that address. As of this date, I have not had a reply from the address that you underlined on the form. Would you please let me know what else to do? Or was it just a rip-off offer?
