I have a checking account with BB&T branch bank here in Statesville, NC. I have had the account almost a year with few minor problems, nothing that was not my fault. But in the last 30 to 40 days, every time I check, I am in the hole for NSF charges. I have some charges that I caused and have no problem paying them, even though they are ridiculous! My complaint is that from 5/22 until 7/8 they have basically taken $1630.07 of my money, not counting picking up returned checks. All the information I got is from the online banking report! This is their report, so how can they still manage to take a month's income?
My automobile is about to be repossessed because I am behind on payments, and I am on the edge of being evicted from my home! If this issue is not resolved in a very timely manner, I will make contact with every news organization, consult with an attorney, and sue for damages that will far exceed the amount they owe me. If they make it right and return all of my money, I will drop the whole issue! 7/8
