Last year I hired Weed Man for my lawn fertilization. I paid the full amount upfront when I hired them. Their service is bad. I got a lot of crabgrass and weeds after their service, and I called them about it.
Weed Man suggested another process and charged me for that. I paid for that too, but the crabgrass and weeds are not gone.
This year I gave the fertilization work to another company. But Weed Man started fertilization without my approval and started sending me bills. I am getting double fertilization on my lawn, and things are not good with the lawn. When I called to ask why they were doing it without my approval, their manager was rude and did not even know how to talk to a customer. His claim was that they have an automatic process in their system (as if they are multinational) and that I should have called and canceled the services.
Overall, Weed Man's service is bad, their system (whatever it is) is bad, and their customer service is really bad. Please do not get into their system and do not take their service.
